The alternatives analysis process will be designed to evaluate a range of opportunities and supporting development plans, and will provide a guide for decision-making to maximize benefits while maintaining flexibility for long-term development.
Phase II will include following elements:
- Alternatives Analysis & Recommended Development Plan
- Airport Plans
- Implementation Plans
- Financial Analysis
