Financial Analysis
The purpose of the Financial Analysis is three-fold:
- Identify the financial plan for MidAmerica St. Louis Airport
- Describe how St. Clair County will finance the projects recommended in the Master Plan
- Demonstrate the financial feasibility of the program.
