Implementation Plans
A summary description of the recommended improvements and associated costs is presented in the Implementation Plan. The schedule of improvements depends, in large part, on the levels of demand that trigger the need for expansion of existing facilities.
Additionally, the appropriate environmental documents and permits required to implement each of the projects will be identified during the development of the implementation schedule.
